Often, these vital energy channels can become obstructed, particularly the throat chakra, inhibiting the authentic expression of emotions. Through our sessions, I encourage individuals to explore and release pent-up emotions, whether through tears or laughter, facilitating the cathartic process of speaking one's truth.

The significance of speaking one's truth lies in its inherent validity and authenticity. Society often imposes constraints on certain emotions, deeming them inappropriate or unworthy. However, I advocate for the acknowledgment and acceptance of all emotions, as each person's emotional landscape is uniquely valid. Sometimes, the weight of unexpressed emotions manifests physically, manifesting as a constriction in the throat or rendering one speechless.

Yet, within this journey of self-discovery and healing, there lies a profound beauty. As individuals begin to unravel these emotional blockages, they simultaneously unlock barriers elsewhere in their bodies and chakras. While navigating this path, guidance may be needed to discern the way forward, and therein lies the essence of my role—to accompany and assist in illuminating the path towards personal growth and realization.

What Our Session Consists Of

  • Upon booking our session, you will be requested to complete a series of questionnaires. These questionnaires aim to provide insight into the focus of our session, the type of session required, and to ensure acknowledgment of our session's terms and conditions.

    It is imperative that you complete this questionnaire to the best of your ability, providing accurate information. Please ensure that you provide a working and correct phone number, as this will be used to contact you on the day of your session.

  • I will contact you using the phone number you provided when booking our session. At the beginning of our meeting, we will introduce ourselves and review the questionnaire you completed to smoothly transition into our session.

  • Towards the end of our session, please be aware that at the 5-minute mark, you will hear a bell, indicating that we are approaching the end of our scheduled time together. This serves as a gentle reminder to help manage the session's duration and respect the schedule for subsequent appointments.

    I kindly ask for your cooperation in being mindful of the time and concluding our discussion within the allocated session period. If you find that you need more time or have additional topics to discuss, please feel free to communicate this with me during the session. We can either schedule a follow-up call on the same day, time permitting, or refer back to the scheduling page to choose a suitable time and date for a subsequent session.

    Your understanding and cooperation in respecting the time constraints are greatly appreciated. If you have any concerns or questions regarding scheduling, please do not hesitate to discuss them with me.

  • At the conclusion of each session, I incorporate a three-minute relaxation exercise to facilitate a return to a neutral and calm state. This practice aims to help you ease back into your day as engaging in deep and meaningful conversations may evoke various emotions, and this brief relaxation period is designed to support you in regaining composure and emotional balance. By participating in this relaxation exercise, you acknowledge that it is a voluntary and supplementary component of our sessions.

    However, I understand that individual preferences and comfort levels vary. If you prefer to opt-out from participate in the three-minute relaxation at the end of our sessions, you have the option to communicate this preference when scheduling your appointment, and I will respect your choice.
